It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Ruth Medlock to the position of Senior Solicitor in the Employment Team.
Ruth Medlock holds an LLB from the University of Strathclyde, which she completed in June 2018. Following this, she undertook the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. She subsequently completed an employment law-specific traineeship in Glasgow and joined Miller Samuel Hill Brown in the Employment Law department as a Solicitor in August 2022.
Ruth has experience in both non-contentious and litigated work, representing both employers and employees. She has developed expertise in the retail, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors. Ruth is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
