We are delighted to announce the recent expansion of our Family Law team. With a commitment to growth and excellence, we have welcomed three exceptional professionals to our team: April Campbell as Partner, Melissa McNeill as Solicitor, and Rebecca Quinn as Trainee Solicitor.
Meet April Campbell: Partner in Family Law
April joins us as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, bringing an impressive 24 years of extensive experience in private practice. Her strong litigation background covers all judicial levels, having successfully navigated cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Notably, she has expertise in complex international cross-border disputes. Her commitment to advancing family law practices is demonstrated through her involvement with organisations such as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Consensus Collaboration Scotland and the Family Law Association in Scotland.
What sets April apart is her empathetic approach as a Collaborative Family Lawyer. She believes that understanding each client's unique circumstances is essential, ensuring that every individual feels supported and heard throughout their legal journey. "I'm thoroughly looking forward to this new role and delighted to be joining the Firm," April shares. Welcoming Melissa McNeill to the Team
Joining us in September, Melissa brings a solid background in family law and criminal defence. She is particularly skilled in contentious child contact cases and represents clients in various other family law matters, including financial provision in divorce proceedings, cohabitation claims and and the breadth of child related issues. Her passion for advocating for her clients adds immense value to our department.
Introducing Rebecca Quinn as Trainee Solicitor
We are also delighted to welcome Rebecca Quinn, who joined as a Trainee Solicitor in August. Her addition enhances our department's capabilities and reflects our commitment to nurturing the next generation of legal talent.
