Miller Samuel Hill Brown is delighted to announce the promotion of David Phinn to the position of Senior Solicitor in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department.
David Phinn joined the firm in August 2019 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. He represents a diverse set of clients, including both individuals and businesses, and regularly appears in courts across the country (and occasionally at licensing boards) in relation to a broad range of disputes. David is also an active member of the Law Society of Scotland's New Lawyers Reference Group and maintains a keen interest in the legal profession.
