We are delighted to announce the promotion of two of our solicitors from Associate to Senior Associate, effective 1st July 2021.
Eilidh McGuire, who works in the Licensing Department, specialises in all aspects of liquor, gaming and civic licensing law. Eilidh acts for various national operators, as well as independent clients, and has particular experience in off-sales including remote alcohol sales and deliveries.
Laura MacSporran, who works in the Employment Law Department, regularly acts for both employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal having a real expertise in discrimination law. Laura also advises on data protection and GDPR particularly with an employment focus.
