Melissa is a solicitor in our Family Law Department. She earned her LLB (Honours) from the University of Glasgow in 2021 and her Diploma in Legal Practice from the same university in 2022. Melissa trained in family law and criminal defence, gaining significant advocacy experience and appearing in courts across Scotland, particularly in handling contentious child contact cases. Melissa represents clients across a breadth of family law matters, including financial provision on divorce, cohabitation claims and agreements, cases involving domestic abuse and which raise issues of coercive control, and all child related matters including social work referrals.

April is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and a Partner in our Family Law team, bringing 24 years of experience in private practice within Scotland's central belt, primarily based in Glasgow City Centre. Her qualifications include a Master of International Law (MIL) from the University of Western Australia, and she is a Collaborative Family Lawyer. April is actively involved with notable organisations, including Consensus Collaboration Scotland, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the Family Law Association in Scotland.

Holly studied LLB (Hons) with Risk at the Glasgow Caledonian University and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (DPLP) at the University of Strathclyde, before joining the firm in June 2024

Allan studied both his Master of Pharmacy, LLB and Postgraduate Diploma at the University of Strathclyde, before joining the firm in April 2024.
