Chloe is a solicitor in our Licensing Department, representing clients in both the on-trade and off-trade sectors. Her journey in the department began as a trainee after she completed her undergraduate studies at Aberdeen University and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Strathclyde University. Chloe is well-known for her representation of clients, frequently appearing before Licensing Boards across the jurisdiction.
Her recent appointment to the Law Society of Scotland's Licensing Law Sub-Committee underscores her commitment to advancing licensing law. In this role, she plays an active part in improving licensing law practices and procedures by analysing and responding to reform proposals from the Scottish Parliament, the UK Parliament, and beyond. Her contributions reflect her expertise and dedication to the field of licensing law.
