An exciting new opportunity for a Paralegal in our Glasgow office

We are looking for a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Department (possibly Part-Time).

The role will consist of:
• File opening and general departmental administration support including communicating with clients by email and phone when required;
• Management of diaries and meeting organisation;
• Typing correspondence and legal documents via digital dictation;
• Ordering of searches, assistance with LBTT returns and registering of documents with relevant forms.
• Assisting with different styles of documents/tables and tracking the execution of documents;
• Keeping physical and computer files up to date with correspondence, most recent draft documents, emails etc.
• Attending team meetings and providing overall support to the team.
