A fantastic opportunity has emerged for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate with around 5 – 7 years of relevant PQE to join Miller Samuel Hill Brown in Glasgow.

The Role

The role presents an exciting opportunity to excel in a supportive environment while working across various sectors. You will have the chance to develop market-leading expertise in all aspects of commercial property work and advance your career significantly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial property transactions.
  • Engaging in business development activities.
  • Contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on client satisfaction and market opportunities.

Additionally, you will supervise junior staff members, offering training and guidance to support the team’s development.

About You

We seek an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 5 years relevant PQE, possessing broad expertise in areas such as Property Finance, Cross Border Transactions, Commercial Developments, Environmental & Planning Issues, Construction and Property Disputes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and relationship management skills and be a strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members. Additionally, they should have a strong drive and commitment to client satisfaction, be open to different ways of working, and be willing to adapt to various challenges while fostering a passion for making a difference and contributing to team success.
